昨晚，中国移动首发上市申请，获证监会发审委审核通过。作为全球最大的移动通信运营商，中国移动将正式回归A股，未来将于上海证券交易所上市。

据了解，此次中国移动的回归，有望成为A股近十年最大募资规模的IPO。根据此前披露的招股书，此次上市拟公开发行A股数量不超过9.65亿股，拟募集资金560亿元，用于投资“5G精品网络建设项目”“云资源新型基础设施建设项目”等内容，其中近73%都将投入新型基础设施建设。

截至目前，中国移动5G基站数超过56万个，规模全球最大。公司最新财务数据显示（未经审计），今年前三季度营收为6486亿元，同比增长12.9%；净利润872亿元，同比增长6.9%。

在今年8月，中国电信已登陆沪市主板；此次移动回归后，三大电信运营商也将全面聚首A股市场。

中国移动董事长杨杰：系统构建以5G、算力网络、智慧中台为重点的新型信息基础设施，确保2022年底前基本实现全国乡镇以上5G连续覆盖。
