Gold Review : Harga Emas Anjlok, Investor Mulai Buru Dolar Jelang Fed Meeting Pekan Depan
Harga emas turun tajam pada perdagangan Selasa (26/10) mengakhiri kenaikan dalam lima sesi perdagangan berturut-turut merespon penguatan Dolar karena investor mulai berburu dolar sambil menunggu pertemuan Bank Sentral Amerika pekan depan dan pertemuan ECB pekan ini , untuk mencari petunjuk tentang kenaikan suku bunga di tengah meningkatnya kekhawatiran inflasi.
Dipasar spot, harga emas ditutup turun sebanyak $14.86 atau 0.83% berakhir pada level $1,792.73 per ounce, setelah sempat uji terendah $1,782. Emas berjangka kontrak Desember ditutup turun sebanyak $13.40 atau 0.75% berakhir pada $1,793.40per ounce di Divisi Comex.
Memasuki sesi perdagangan hari ini, pasar emas akan terus terfokus pada pergerakkan dolar sebagai rival utamanya. Pasar akan terfokus pada laporan Durable Goods Orders AS pada pukul 19:30 WIB.
