INA Berpotensi Masuk Mitratel Melalui Proses IPO

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Proses penawaran saham perdana atawa initial public offering (IPO) PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi mulai bergulir kian cepat. Hari ini, anak usaha PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) yang ngetop dengan brand Mitratel ini dijadwalkan menggelar paparan publik terkait penawaran saham perdana.
Perusahaan pengelola menara telekomunikasi ini mengincar dana jumbo. "Sekitar US$ 1 miliar-US$ 1,4 miliar," beber Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, Wakil Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) kepada KONTAN, kemarin.
