Harga Emas Hari Ini, Senin 18 Oktober 2021, Dibayangi Penguatan Dolar AS
Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Harga emas berpeluang turun pada perdagangan hari ini, Senin (18/10/2021) menyusul penguatan dolar AS.
Berdasarkan data Bloomberg pada Senin (18/10/2021) pukul 09.00 WIB, harga emas Comex tercatat naik 3 poin atau 0,17 persen ke US$1.771,30 per troy ons. Sementara itu, harga emas spot juga naik 3,10 poin atau 0,18 persen ke US$1.770,72 per troy ons.
Tim riset Monex Investindo Futures (MIFX) memprediksikan harga emas berpeluang bergerak turun dalam jangka pendek dibalik outlook menguatnya dolar AS dan tingginya tingkat imbal hasil obligasi AS.
"Selain itu, masih ada potensi pengetatan kebijakan moneter oleh Federal Reserve AS pada bulan depan," tulisnya dalam riset harian.
Selanjutnya pada hari ini pasar akan mencari katalis dari pidato anggota FOMC Randal Quarles pada pukul 16:30 WIB serta data produksi industri AS yang dirilis pukul 20:15 WIB.
"Emas berpeluang dijual selama bergerak di bawah level resistance US$1.778 karena berpotensi bergerak turun menguji level support terdekat di US$1.764," paparnya.
Namun, jika bergerak naik hingga menembus ke atas level US$1.778, emas berpeluang dibeli karena berpotensi naik lebih lanjut membidik resisten selanjutnya di US$1.785 per ons.
