KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) meminta PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (BUKA) melaksanakan public expose atau paparan publik. Hal ini ditegaskan otoritas bursa tersebut lewat surat BEI No. S07513/BEI.PP2/10-2021 tanggal 13 Oktober 2021.
Gayung bersambut, manajemen Bukalapak langsung mengagendakan paparan publik secara virtual. Salah satu agenda yang akan dibahas dalam paparan publik tersebut adalah mengenai analisa manajemen Bukalapak atas hal-hal yang dapat menjadi penyebab turunnya harga saham perusahaan ini.
