意大利航空公司正式结束运营
当地时间10月14日晚，随着最后一架航班降落在意大利首都罗马菲乌米奇诺机场，已有75年历史的意大利航空公司正式结束运营。国有的意大利航空运输公司将继承意航大部分资产并于15日开始运营。
意大利航空公司成立于1946年，先前多次靠意政府资助与紧急贷款渡过财政危机。2020年，新冠疫情致使该公司财政危机加剧，意大利政府注资约30亿欧元并允许其重组成立意大利航空运输公司，由经济财政部全权掌控。
据报道，意大利航空公司拥有约110架飞机，该公司旗下约1.1万名员工中过半数将面临失业。意大利航空运输公司初期将运营52架飞机。
