BERITA SAHAM SELASA 05/10/2021 – WIKA SUDAH GUNAKAN SEMUA DANA HASIL PENAWARAN OBLIGASI DAN SUKUK
IQPlus – PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. (WIKA) menyampaikan realisasi penggunaan dana hasil penawaran umum Obligasi berkelanjutan I tahap II tahun 2021 dan Sukuk Mudharabah tahap II tahun 2021 per tanggal 30 September 2021.
Menurut keterangan tertulis Agung Budi Waskito Direktur WIKA menyampaikan bahwa WIKA memperoleh hasil penawaran umum Obligasi efektif tanggal 3 Maret 2021 sebesar Rp2,5 triliun dengan biaya sebesar Rp5,51 miliar. Dengan demikian WIKA memperoleh hasil bersih sebesar Rp2,49 triliun yang digunakan untuk Refinancing.
Lebih lanjut Agung memaparkan selanjutnya WIKA memperoleh hasil penawaran sukuk mudharabah tahap II sebesar Rp500 miliar dengan biaya sebesar Rp1,10 miliar dengan demikian WIKA memperoleh sebesar hasil bersih penawaran sukuk sebesar Rp498,8 miliar.
“WIKA menggunakan dana hasil sukuk untuk modal kerja sebesar Rp498,8 miliar,”pungkasnya.
