BULL Meminta Haircut Lebih Kecil untuk Sahamnya

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) berharap Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI) mempertimbangkan kembali besaran haircut saham pelayaran tersebut. Sebab, haircut 85% dinilai terlalu tinggi.
Manajemen BULL mengkhawatirkan tingginya haircut akan berdampak negatif pada penerbitan global bond. Emisi senilai US$ 300 juta tersebut rencananya bakal dilepas bulan ini.
