KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Rencana PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk (RMBA) go private atau keluar dari pencatatan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) berpotensi berjalan mulus. Para pemegang saham independen telah menyetujui rencana go private melalui rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa (RUPSLB) kemarin.
"RUPSLB dalam rangka meminta persetujuan pemegang saham independen untuk go private mencapai kuorum," kata Maria Melissa Riyani Putri, Corporate Brand & ESG Manager Bentoel Group kepada KONTAN, kemarin.
