Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Pasar properti China lagi dihantam krisis likuiditas setelah raksasa propertinya, Evergrande Group, tercatat mengalami kondisi paling parah.
Hingga akhir Juni, Evergrande memiliki utang yang nyaris mencapai 2 triliun yuan (US$ 309 miliar) atau setara dengan Rp 4.418 triliun (kurs Rp 14.300/US$) yang tercatat dalam neraca keuangan perusahaan.
Apa dampaknya ke Indonesia, terutama berkaitan dengan tekanan di sektor properti? Hal ini mengingat sebelumnya sejumlah emiten properti RI juga kesulitan keuangan dalam membayar kewajiban.
