据港交所9月17日消息，香港交易所全资附属公司香港联合交易所有限公司（联交所）今天刊发咨询文件，就建议在香港推行SPAC上市机制征询市场意见。
联交所正就有关SPAC的建议，以及为落实相关建议而订立的《上市规则》条文拟稿征询市场意见；咨询期由今天起计为期45日，至2021年10月31日为止。
