Kabar terbaru, pengelola jaringan Omni Hospital PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) berniat mengakuisisi 66% saham PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk (RSGK), pemilik RS Grha Kedoya dan RS Grha MM2100.
