KONTAN.CO.ID - TOKYO. Perusahaan keuangan asal Jepang yakni SBI Holdings Inc mengumumkan tawaran pembelilan saham mayoritas atas Shinsei Bank Ltd. Mereka siap menyediakan anggaran hingga US$ 1,06 miliar.
SBI yang sudah memiliki sekitar 20% saham Shinsei Bank, berencana meningkatkan kepemilikannya hingga 48%. "Dan mempertahankan Shinsei Bank tetap tercatat di bursa setelah tender offer," kata SBI dalam sebuah keterbukaan informasi publik.
