KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Seiring perkembangan pesat industri e-commerce terlebih dengan menurunnya mobilitas masyarakat di kala pendemi Covid-19, tentu membawa berkah bagi para pebisnis kemasan. Tidak mau melewatkan kesempatan, Rengo Co Ltd (Rengo Group) mengumumkan aksi korporasi perusahaan patungannya di Thailand, Thai Containers Group (TCG) terhadap tiga perusahaan kemasan karton bergelombang di Indonesia.
TCG melalui TCG Solutions Pte Ltd, mengakuisisi masing-masing 75% saham PT Intan Ustrix (PT Indonesia Dirtajaya Aneka Industri Box), PT Bahana Buana Box, dan PT Rapipack Asritama. Seluruh perusahaan, awalnya dikendalikan oleh Grup Intan.
