KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) menyiapkan sejumlah strategi bisnis untuk mencapai pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Salah satunya dengan melakukan konsolidasi dan mendorong aset anak usahanya.
Di bisnis menara, TLKM menyiapkan PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi (Mitratel) untuk menjadi perusahaan penyedia menara telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan ialah dengan mengalihkan menara milik PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel) ke Mitratel. Yang terbaru, Telkomsel telah mengalihkan 4.000 menara ke Mitratel pada akhir Agustus 2021.
