Usai skema kesepakatan alias scheme of arrangement atas restrukturisasi obligasi Modernland Overseas dan JGC Ventures berlaku efektif sejak 3 September 2021, Modernland dalam waktu dekat akan segera mengumumkan tanggal efektif restrukturisasi.
