KONTAN.CO.ID - JERUSALEM. Grup telekomunikasi asal Israel yakni Partner Communications Company Ltd mengajukan tawaran akuisisi operasi bisnis Marathon 018 Xfone. Transaksi terhadap pesaing bisnis tersebut, bernilai 187 juta shekel atau US$ 58,1 juta.
Partner Communications merupakan operator seluler terbesar kedua di Israel. Mereka mengatakan penawarannya akan berakhir pada 9 September 2021 dan tergantung pada berbagai persetujuan peraturan.
