KONTAN.CO.ID - ZURICH. Swiss mengusulkan rancangan undang-undangn (RUU) baru untuk menyetujui pengambilalihan perusahaan dalam negeri oleh perusahaan asing atau investor yang didukung negara negara lain. Seruan pembatasan investasi China telah santer terdengar di Swiss.
Pernyataan Pemerintah Swiss sebenarnya tidak menyebutkan negara tertentu. Namun seruan pembatasan investasi China telah meningkat sejak ChemChina yang dimiliki Negara China, membeli grup perusahaan kimia pertanian Swiss yakni Syngenta pada 2016 seharga US$ 43 miliar.
