河南省防汛I级应急响应调整为Ⅲ级
当前河南主要防洪河道水位全面回落至警戒水位以下，根据预报近期全省没有较大范围强降雨过程。依据《河南省防汛应急预案》有关规定，河南省防汛抗旱指挥部印发通知，决定于今天上午（8月8日）10点将河南省防汛I级应急响应调整为Ⅲ级。
通知强调，各地各单位要发扬连续作战精神，继续做好受灾群众安置和巡堤查险工作，进一步加强值班值守，密切关注雨水汛情发展变化，强化会商分析研判，科学指挥调度；突出抓好城市防洪排涝、小型水库、淤地坝、尾矿库、旅游景区等重点部位防范；统筹各方抢险救援力量，备足抢险料物，精准预置布防、精准抢险救援，千方百计减轻灾害损失，全力保障人民群众生命财产安全。
通知要求，要同时抓好灾后恢复重建工作，抓紧修复水毁工程，尽快修复水利工程、道路、桥梁、电力、通信、供水等基础设施，全面恢复正常生产生活秩序。
