Efek Rights Issue Jumbo Menentukan Prospek Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI)

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) akan merilis saham baru atau rights issue. Rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa (RUPSLB) pada 22 Juli 2021 telah menyetujui agenda itu.
Aksi korporasi ini sejalan dengan rencana BBRI menjadi holding ultra-mikro dengan mengambilalih saham pemerintah di Pegadaian dan Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM). BBRI akan menerbitkan 28,68 miliar saham baru, setara dengan 23,25% saham.
