BI Pangkas Proyeksi CAD 2021 Menjadi 0,8% - 1%

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Bank Indonesia (BI) memperkirakan defisit neraca transaksi berjalan atau currrent account deficit (CAD) sepanjang 2021 sebesar 0,6% hingga 1,4% dari produk domestik bruto. Proyeksi BI ini lebih rendah dari perkiraan awal yang sebesar 1% hingga 2% PDB.
Gubernur BI Perry Warjiyo mengatakan, rendahnya CAD di sepanjang tahun ini diantaranya dipengaruhi oleh perkiraan berkurangnya defisit neraca transaksi berjalan pada kuartal II-2021.
