Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) Dibayangi Ancaman Pailit di Dalam Negeri dan Luar Negeri

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Nasib PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA) masih di ujung tanduk. Di tengah upaya restrukturisasi utang kepada sejumlah kreditur, Garuda Indonesia menerima sederet gugatan hukum.
Pada 9 Juli lalu, PT My Indo Airlines mengajukan permohonan penundaan kewajiban pembayaran utang (PKPU) kepada Garuda Indonesia di Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat, dengan nomor perkara 289/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN Jkt.Pst. Belum jelas berapa nilai tagihan My Indo Airlines kepada Garuda Indonesia.
