数字欧元要来了？欧洲央行：正在推进 预计2026前不会落地
当地时间14日，总部位于德国法兰克福的欧洲央行做出重大决定，宣布继续推进数字欧元项目，并在未来两年阐明一系列具体问题。
欧洲央行理事会当天就数字欧元的关键点达成了一致，计划从现在开始启动为期两年的“调查阶段”，对数字欧元的核心设计等内容进行研究。此后，欧洲央行理事会将再次举行会议进行审批。鉴于从测试到正式启动可能还需要2到3年的时间，数字欧元预计在2026年之前都不会落地。虽然欧洲央行无论在技术还是概念方面都持开放态度，但却也明确表态，强调数字欧元将成为现金的补充而非替代。
根据德国银行业委员会日前制定的一份关于数字欧元的基本文件，欧洲央行须突破数字现金的桎梏，致力于打造一个完整的“创新货币形式的生态系统”。该委员会发言人、德国储蓄银行协会董事会成员施马尔策认为，数字欧元想要获得成功就必须做到3点：
对消费者而言，它必须像现金一样简便易行；
对公司而言，它必须是面向未来的，比如可以实现机对机的自动支付；
数字欧元必须能够很好地嵌入到当前高度均衡、受到谨慎保护与充分监管的欧洲金融体系中。
