欧洲央行行长：现在是欧洲经济复苏的绝佳机会
当地时间6月29日，布鲁塞尔经济论坛以线上形式召开，欧洲央行行长克里斯蒂娜·拉加德发表讲话，她表示，现在是欧洲经济复苏的绝佳机会，“欧洲长期以来一直希望转向更可持续、更具生产力的经济体，现在机会来了。如果我们利用好它，到2024年，疫情后的复苏可以将生产效率提高约1%，这将是金融危机之后的两倍。”
她还指出，资本市场可以将融资引入绿色和数字领域等前瞻性领域：“尽管银行发挥着重要作用，但资本市场能够更好地为明确的项目融资，并使投资者能够直接实现他们预期的效果”，“欧洲是全球绿色债券发行的首选地点——2020年发行的所有绿色高级债券中约有60%来自这里。”
