涉嫌操纵证券市场，劲拓股份控股股东收到行政处罚事先告知书
6月24日晚间，劲拓股份发布公告称，公司控股股东吴限收到证监会的《行政处罚及市场禁入事先告知书》，陈磊、林建武、吴限三人涉嫌操纵证券市场，证监会拟决定没收三人违法所得共计1.65亿元，并处以4.96亿元的罚款。对陈磊采取10年市场禁入措施；对吴限采取5年市场禁入措施。
截至今日收盘，劲拓股份报收16.6元/股，跌9.64%。
劲拓股份表示，本次吴限涉嫌操纵证券市场的行为，不涉及公司资金，上述拟处罚决定仅涉及吴限个人，与公司的日常经营管理、业务活动无关，公司生产经营正常，经营战略不变。
此外，公告称，吴限已于今日向公司董事会申请辞去公司董事长、董事、董事会战略委员会主任委员职务。
持股方面，截至公告披露日，吴限持有公司股票7972.9万股，占公司总股本的32.86%。
公司表示，吴限的辞职不会导致公司现有董事会成员人数低于法定最低人数，不会对公司董事会的正常运作产生影响。
