Ekspansi Konten SCMA Berpotensi Menekan Margin Laba, Simak Rekomendasi Sahamnya

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Meningkatnya belanja iklan sejak awal tahun ini menyebabkan kinerja PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) membaik. Di sisi lain, ekspansi konten yang gencar dilakukan SCMA, berpotensi meningkatkan beban biaya perusahaan.
Analis Panin Sekuritas Rendy Wijaya mengatakan, kinerja SCMA tahun ini berpotensi lebih baik dari tahun lalu. Tapi, perlu dicermati, ekspansi konten yang dilakukan untuk layanan over the top Vidio.com akan mendorong kenaikan biaya produksi. "Sehingga berpotensi menekan margin keuntungan," ujar Rendy kepada KONTAN, Rabu (23/6).
