市场监管部门对15家校外培训机构顶格罚款，共计3650万元
国家市场监督管理总局6月1日召开新闻发布会，强化校外培训机构市场监管。
市场监管总局价监竞争局局长袁喜禄介绍，总局组织地方市场监管部门迅速组建专案组，在5月初对“作业帮”“猿辅导”两家机构开展检查的基础上，对新东方、学而思、精锐教育、掌门1对1、华尔街英语、哒哒英语、卓越、威学、明师、思考乐、邦德、蓝天、纳思等13家校外培训机构进行重点检查。检查发现，15家校外培训机构均存在虚假宣传违法行为，13家校外培训机构存在价格欺诈违法行为。市场监管部门对15家校外培训机构分别予以顶格罚款，共计3650万元。
此次重点检查查办案件的特点可以概括为三个关键词：“虚构、夸大、诱导”。比如虚构教师资质、夸大培训效果、夸大机构实力、编造用户评价、虚构原有价格等。
有些课程原价几百元甚至几千元，但实际售价仅为1元，所谓的划线价并非真实、有依据。这些“优惠折价”看似给消费者带来极大的实惠，实际上是通过划线价和实际售价间的巨大利差，诱导大批家长去买单。
