KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) mulai merampungkan penjualan 4.200 menara telekomunikasi kepada PT EPID Menara Asset Co. Pemegang saham ISAT merestui transaksi tersebut dalam rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa (RUPSLB), Selasa (11/5).
"Persetujuan pemegang saham atas transaksi penjualan tower kepada EPID Asset Co didapatkan dalam RUPSLB," terang Steve Saerang, Senior Vice President Head of Corporate Communications Indosat Ooredoo, kepada KONTAN, pekan lalu. Soal detail transaksi penjualan menara, manajemen ISAT belum membeberkan informasi lebih lanjut.
