2020中国房企CEO排名出炉 佳兆业集团总裁麦帆位列十大CEO第5名
5月14日，搜狐财经发布2020年房地产企业CEO排行榜，因带领集团在2020年取得优秀业绩，佳兆业集团董事局副主席兼总裁麦帆位列榜单第五名，卓越的企业领导力获得权威机构认可。
据悉，此榜单由搜狐财经根据过去一年的销售表现、往期销售利润结转、降负债情况、为股东创造财富的能力等方面，分绝对值和相对值，共7个项目进行打分，制作出客观榜单，麦帆以89.86分位列行业第五名，与万科、华润置地等上规模企业经理人同列。
2020年，在以集团董事局副主席兼总裁麦帆等管理层带领下，佳兆业高质量发展势头迅猛，实现合约销售金额1069亿元，再创历史新高，净利润和归母净利润分别为52.8亿元和54.5亿元，较上年分别增长26.8%和18.6%。此外，集团总资产不断增厚，达到约3099亿元，较上年末增长14.4%。核心经营指标保持双位数增幅，集团业绩实现高质量发展。
2021年，佳兆业将迎来成立22周年，集团将以初心筑梦、奋力前行，坚持以价值创造为导向，践行“三驾马车”发展战略，为客户、投资者、社会公众创造更多价值，服务美好生活。
