BERITA SAHAM HARI JUMAT 07/05/2021 – INTER JAYA CORPORA DIVESTASI SAHAM COCO
IQPlus – PT Interjaya Corpora selaku Pemegang saham pengendali dari PT Wahana Interfood Nusantara Tbk.(COCO) telah melakukan penjualan sahamnya pada tanggal 27 April 2021
Menurut keterangan tertulis dari Reinald Siswanto Direktur Utama PT Interjaya Corpora menyampaikan bahwa telah menjual sebanyak 17.543.860 lembar saham di harga Rp228 per saham. Dengan transaksi itu Interjaya Corpora mendapatkan dana sebesar Rp4 miliar.
“Adapun tujuan transaksi tersebut adalah untuk penjualan dengan kepemilikan langsung “, tuturnya.
Pasca penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Interjaya Corpora di COCO menjadi 234.056.140 lembar saham atau setara dengan 41,77% dibandingkan sebelumnya 251.600.000 atau setara dengan 44,91%.
