美国支持放弃新冠疫苗专利，但这可能和你想的不一样

据央视新闻，美国拜登政府当地时间5月5日发表一项声明，表示美国将放弃新冠肺炎疫苗的知识产权专利。美国贸易代表戴琦（Katherine Tai）在一份声明中宣布了美国政府的这一决定。
这一决定的背景要溯源到去年。2020年10月2日，印度和南非请求世贸组织（WTO）有时限豁免《与贸易有关的知识产权协定》（TRIPS）部分条款，从而预防、遏制与治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎。近来印度等国疫情加剧，印度确诊比例已突破2100万人，5月3日，世界卫生组织（WHO）再度呼吁豁免新冠疫苗知识产权保护，之后WTO对此再次讨论，在此背景下，拜登政府做出以上表态。
消息发布后，包括辉瑞等全球疫苗公司股价集体下跌，5月6日上午，A股康希诺生物、沃森生物、智飞生物等跌幅均超过10%，其中康希诺生物一度跌超20%。事实上，美国发布以上决定前，美国制药商内部曾激烈辩论和大力反击，主要质疑点是此举会影响药企创新和研产积极性。
但是，放弃新冠肺炎疫苗的知识产权专利真的就代表着马上可以有大量的仿制新冠疫苗了吗？这一决定究竟会给全球疫情带来哪些影响？
