消息称滴滴或今夏赴美IPO “橙心优选”最快2022年上市

据媒体报道，援引知情人士消息称，滴滴出行正在制定计划，准备在IPO的一两年后剥离社区团购业务“橙心优选”，然后将其单独上市。
此外，滴滴出行预计于今夏赴美上市。上个月有报道称，滴滴出行已选定高盛和摩根士丹利负责其赴美IPO事宜，准备秘密提交上市申请。
