北京西站就旅客滞留致歉


据北京西站官方微博 消息，5月1日，受大风天气影响，京广高铁定州东至保定东间接触网挂异物，导致部分列车晚点停运，造成旅客滞留。目前，北京西站列车运行秩序已恢复，对给旅客出行造成的影响，铁路部门深表歉意。持停运列车车票的旅客,可在30日内办理全额退票手续。
列车出现较大面积晚点、停运后，北京西站及时组织人员，在北京市政府和公安部门帮助下疏导、维持进站候车秩序；积极组织运力，疏解滞留旅客，加开临时旅客列车18对；为夜间滞留旅客发放方便面、矿泉水等应急食品。针对在应急处置中存在的问题，北京西站将认真分析研究，持续优化应急预案，完善应急保障设施，提升风险防范能力，更好地服务旅客出行。
