北京严厉打击违规发布网络房源信息行为 18家机构被查处
新华社北京5月1日电（记者郭宇靖）记者1日从北京市住建委获悉，北京市住建委执法部门对标“十四五”时期房地产市场发展要求，全力治理网络房地产市场生态环境，以群众反映、媒体报道、舆情关注为线索，严厉打击违规发布房源信息各类主体，自疫情防控常态化以来，已依法对163家房地产经纪机构的各类违法违规行为立案进行查处。
近期，北京市住建委执法部门，联合西城房管局、朝阳房管局、海淀房管局、丰台房管局、通州住建委、石景山住建委、昌平住建委、大兴住建委开展房地产市场检查，严查不实宣传、发布委托手续不全、炒作学区房、违规商改住、违规群租、代理出租不符合交易条件房屋等违法违规行为，北京飞来房地产经纪有限公司、北京百乐天城房地产经纪有限公司、北京如家物业有限公司等18家机构被查处。
北京市住建委有关负责人表示，上述机构违反了《房地产经纪管理办法》等规定，市区住建房管执法部门已立案查处，并要求主流互联网平台履行主体责任、下架相关公司房源信息。
