欧洲央行维持利率不变 拉加德重申宽松政策
周四(4月22日)晚间公布的欧洲央行利率决议公布，其维持三大利率不变，符合市场预期。
欧元区欧洲央行边际贷款利率 0.25%，预期 0.25%，前值 0.25%。
欧元区欧洲央行主要再融资利率 0%，预期 0%，前值 0%。
欧元区欧洲央行存款便利利率 -0.5%，预期 -0.5%，前值 -0.5%。
紧急抗疫购债计划（PEPP）将至少持续至2022年3月底。
欧洲央行将根据市场状况灵活购买资产，PEPP到期债券再投资至少将持续至2023年底。不一定要用尽紧急抗疫购债计划（PEPP）额度，也能增加额度。欧洲央行的APP债券再投资将持续到加息后较长时间。
欧洲央行行长拉加德称，维持有利的融资条件至关重要。重申欧洲央行非常宽松的货币政策立场。
“全球需求复苏支持经济，近期前景充满不确定性。高感染率及封锁限制经济活动。预计今年经济活动将出现强劲反弹。潜在价格压力仍将受到抑制。”
