欧盟委员会加强引导绿色金融 助力实现碳中和目标
当地时间4月21日，欧盟委员会推出一系列新举措，旨在欧盟境内加强引导资金流向可持续的经济活动。欧委会认为，这些措施将助力欧盟在2050年实现碳中和目标。
欧委会为此出台《欧盟可持续金融分类授权法案》，通过引入技术鉴定标准来界定符合欧盟气候变化适应及减缓两大目标的经济活动。据了解，法案所覆盖行业的温室气体排放量占到欧盟排放总量的80%左右，其中包括能源、林业、制造业、交通及建筑业。
此外，欧盟还计划颁布《公司可持续性通报指令》，其目的是加强大型企业及上市公司业务可持续性信息的流通，让金融公司、投资者及大众更容易获取这类信息。根据计划，欧盟境内被要求执行可持续性通报的公司数量或将从当前的11000家扩大到接近50000家。
欧盟还对涉及投资与保险建议、信托责任及金融产品监管的授权法案提出6项修正案，以确保金融公司及从业者将可持续性标准纳入到向客户提供的服务和建议当中。
