美国银行：现在是买入实物资产的好时机
美国银行(Bank of America)表示，眼下是买入实物资产的好时机。
该行认为，包括钻石、古董车、艺术品、房产以及贵金属都是投资者可以关注的。
“相对美股等金融资产，这些实物资产的价格是较为便宜的。”
该行首席投资策略师Michael Hartnett表示，包括大宗商品、房地产和收藏品在内的实物资产价格目前相对金融资产，处于1925年以来的最低水平。
“5.5%的ETF市值是实物资产，该类别在未来几年有上升的空间。”
Hartnett指出，通胀的上升将是关键因素。
