美国联邦住房金融局：1月美国房价上涨1% 与去年同期相比上涨12%
当地时间3月30日，根据美国联邦住房金融局（FHFA）最新的房屋价格指数（HFI）显示，1月美国房屋价格上涨1.0%，与去年同期相比房价上涨了12%。2020年12月指数向上修正为1.2%，此前该数字为1.1%。
美国联邦住房金融局官员表示，房屋价格指数每月涨幅似乎正在放缓，1月数据为自2020年6月以来的最小月涨幅。
此前数据显示，2020年美国房价上涨了10.8%，去年第四季度的房价比前一季度上涨3.8%，2020年美国房价创下了历史最高年度涨幅以及季度涨幅纪录。
