新华视点 消息，3月22日是第二十九届“世界水日”。世界上规模最大的调水工程——南水北调东、中线一期工程全面通水6年多，累计调水超过408亿立方米，1.3亿多人直接受益。东线北延应急供水工程主体已在日前完工，运行后将向华北供水。
