新民晚报讯（记者 杨硕）近日，上海农商银行完成国家开发银行（以下简称“国开行”）京津冀3年期、5年期专题“花瓣债”柜台发售工作。
该债券是国开行为纪念“京津冀协同发展”战略7周年所发行的。命名为“花瓣债”寓意“京津冀三地如同一朵花的花瓣，瓣瓣不同，却瓣瓣同心”。本次发行债券共计人民币226亿元，所募资金将主要用于国开行向京津冀地区发放基础设施等领域贷款。
自2019年6月落地首单柜台业务以来，上海农商银行一方面积极响应国家战略、政策安排与柜台债券的业务创新，先后参与了国家开发银行首单可持续发展专题绿色金融债券、战疫专题债券、脱贫攻坚专题债券、“应对气候变化”专题债券、长江大保护专题绿色金融债券等专题债券及常规期次的柜台债发行；另一方面，持续为投资者提供优质报价，不断拓宽柜台业务报价券种与规模，丰富拓展销售渠道，迭代优化系统功能，提升客户体验。同时，通过举办“代客业务知多少”知识竞赛等特色营销宣传活动，进一步提升柜台债产品的认知度及影响力，树立该行在柜台债市场的良好口碑。
