Coinbase将收购区块链基础设施公司Bison Trails！
加密货币交易所Coinbase宣布，将收购区块链基础设施初创公司Bison Trails，但是收购条款相关信息尚未公布。
Bison Trails成立于2018年，是区块链基础设施的先驱，其平台帮助加速了全球范围内区块链技术的采用，为许多加密货币巨头提供了数十亿笔交易。该公司的使命是在多个区块链上提供卓越的基础架构，增强整个加密生态系统。
Coinbase旨在将Bison Trails团队已经开发的先进技术带给全球更多项目和更多公司。Bison Trails将作为独立产品运行，为其现有客户提供世界一流的服务。
这不是两公司的第一次合作，在2019年底，Coinbase Ventures对Bison Trails进行了投资，在2020年，Bison Trails与Coinbase Custody建立了商业合作伙伴关系。
