海外网1月7日电 据日本NHK电视台消息，当地时间7日傍晚，日本首相菅义伟针对首都圈（东京都、埼玉县、千叶县和神奈川县）发布紧急事态宣言，期限一个月，从1月8日持续到2月7日。
另据日本共同社此前报道，新的政策将把防止疫情扩散放在首位，如餐饮店在晚上8点后禁止营业等。日媒分析称，如果新一轮紧急事态宣言发布后仍无法有效遏制疫情，将使已推迟一年的东京奥运会和残奥会再度蒙上阴影。
东京近期疫情形势严峻，7日单日新增确诊病例首次超过2000例，达疫情暴发以来最大增幅。东京连续两天新增确诊病例现新高，疫情呈急剧扩散、无法抑制之势。日本曾在2020年4月16日宣布全国进入紧急状态，后因疫情趋缓，全国紧急状态于2020年5月25日解除。（海外网 王西洛 王珊宁）
