新华社华盛顿1月6日电（记者高攀 许缘）美国贸易代表办公室6日公布对印度、意大利和土耳其数字服务税的“301调查”结果，称这三国的数字服务税“歧视”美国企业、不符合国际税收普遍原则，但未宣布关税惩罚措施。
美国贸易代表办公室表示，美方目前不会针对上述调查结果采取任何具体措施，但会继续评估所有可用的政策选项。美方近期还将公布针对其他贸易伙伴数字服务税的“301调查”进展。
去年6月，美国贸易代表办公室宣布开始对欧盟、英国、意大利、巴西、印度等10个贸易伙伴已执行或正在考虑的数字服务税发起“301调查”。
去年7月，美国贸易代表办公室宣布拟于2021年1月6日对价值约13亿美元的法国输美商品加征25%的关税，以回应法国开征数字服务税对美国科技企业造成不利影响。目前尚不清楚这一加征关税是否已生效。
所谓“301调查”源自美国《1974年贸易法》第301条。该条款授权美国贸易代表可对他国的“不合理或不公正贸易做法”发起调查，并可在调查结束后建议美国总统实施单边制裁。
