Expecting the georgia senate runoffs to affect USD and the US Indices [Video]
The focus this week will be on the US Senate Run-off in the state of Georgia tomorrow.
If the Democrats take both seats, that will give them control over the White House, the House of Representatives and the Senate.
This will mean complete control over Coronavirus Stimulus Packages which will be good for the indices like the NASDAQ.
Of course, the flood of money into the system will weaken the USD further.
We also have lots of economic news from the US with two PMIs, ADP numbers Wednesday, and the Non-Farm Payrolls Friday which always moves the markets.
Gold opened this morning well above $1900 so watch for news on tensions with Iran and, should things escalate we see Gold going even higher, with a weakened USD, XAUUSD should climb further.
And finally, new optimism on COVID vaccines has seen US Crude Oil back above $49 per barrel.
