最高法：绝不姑息手软！
在27日最高人民法院学习贯彻“两法”加强新时代少年审判工作座谈会上，最高法常务副院长贺荣表示，对各类侵害未成年人的违法犯罪要坚决依法严惩；性侵未成年人犯罪依法从严把握缓刑假释；认罪认罚从宽要依法从严控制，减刑要依法从严控制；对性质恶劣、危害重大者，该判处重刑乃至死刑要坚决依法判处，绝不姑息手软。
最高法副院长杨万明表示，要通过强化审判指导，统一裁判规则，确保每起案件的裁判能够切实贯彻特殊、优先保护未成年人的法律要求，充分体现严惩各类侵害未成年人犯罪的政策精神。
