智通财经APP获悉，周三，美国方面公布的经济数据显示，美国11月成屋签约销售指数月率实际值为-2.6%，上个月为-1.1%。
市场评论称，该月率录得-2.6%，为连续第三个月下降，也是自4月因卫生事件而实施封锁措施以来的最大降幅。美国房产经纪协会NAR首席经济学家Lawrence Yun在一份声明中称，最近几月销售指数月率的下滑主要是由于库存短缺和房价快速上涨。
