昨天（28日）下午18时许，深圳市盐田区人民法院官方微博发布邓棨然等人组织他人偷越边境、偷越边境案情况通报。

通报称，12月28日下午，深圳市盐田区人民法院依法公开开庭审理了邓棨然、乔映瑜组织他人偷越边境，郑子豪、严文谦、张铭裕、张俊富、黄伟然、李子贤、李宇轩、郭子麟偷越边境案。

法庭听取了检察机关的公诉意见和各被告人及委托律师的辩护意见。本案将择期宣判。

部分港籍和深圳市人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者以及被告人亲属旁听了庭审。
