智通财经APP获悉，塔吉特(TGT.US)同意以3.5亿美元的价格出售旗下美妆公司Dermstore给英国电子商务公司THG Holdings，预计该交易将于明年1月下旬获得美国监管机构的批准。
THG Holdings表示，收购Dermstore将帮助公司扩大美妆业务，同时其庞大的美国客户数量有利于加快自有品牌的增长。预计在2021财年前11个月，Dermstore将有望为公司增加约1.8亿美元的销售额。
