12月30日消息，据松原银保监分局行政处罚信息公开表（松银保监罚决字〔2020〕4号），中国银行股份有限公司松原分行存在以下违法违规事实：内部控制不严，对员工行为管理缺失；审核人员把关不严、履职不到位，未对贷款人贷款材料真实性、有效性和逻辑一致性进行严格把关，未能及时发现问题。松原银保监分局决定对其处以罚款二十万元人民币。
