*ST天夏：股价已连续10个交易日低于1元 存终止上市风险
*ST天夏12月29日晚间发布公告，公司股价已连续10个交易日(12月16日至29日)收盘价格均低于股票面值（即1元），若连续二十个交易日的每日股票收盘价均低于股票面值，深交所所有权决定终止公司股票上市交易，公司股票存在被终止上市交易的风险。
值得一提的是，此前公司第七大股东索芙特科技一度增资救急。12月23日晚间，*ST天夏公告称，公司第七大股东索芙特科技半年内将通过自有资金增持不超过5000万股，而增持的理由是，“基于对ST天夏未来持续稳定发展的信心”。公告一出，*ST天夏24、25日连续两天一字板涨停。
截至2020年9月30日，索芙特科技持有3582.58万股*ST天夏股份，占后者总股本的3.28%。
业绩方面，*ST天夏三季度业绩公告显示，2020年前三季度营收约883万元，同比下降96.83%；净亏损约2089万元，同比下降129.78%；基本每股收益-0.0191元，同比下降129.75%。
